Cabinet making 1 is an exploritory venture into one of our nations leading industries. In this class we look into all

    parts of the field of work and gain insight to all the diffrent faciets of woodworking. We will start with history and importance

   of the furniture industry and continue to the design and completetion of a piece of furniture.

          This class emphasises the importance of safety and all areas inclusive. However, there is a real element of danger that can

   and will not be overlooked. While in the shop, each student will follow the strict guidelines set in place and at no time will

   horseplay or not adhereing to the rules be tolerated. If a situation arises that violates safety policies or a students fails to

   follow the stated and posted rules then that student will likely be removed from the class so insure their and the rest of the

   students safety.
